Capitol Hill, Seattle (Michael)

Michael on Capitol Hill, Seattle

Conveniently located on Capitol Hill in Seattle, at 2401 1/2 10th Avenue East, Suite B, my office is easily accessible via the following means:

BUS: The #49 University District (Northbound) and Downtown Seattle (Southbound) stops right at 10th Avenue E & E Miller St); #25 Laurelhurst – Downtown Seattle (stopping at Boylston Ave E & E Roanoke St); and #70 Downtown Seattle – University District

LIGHT RAIL:  Capitol Hill Station, at Broadway & East John Street, connects with the the #49 University District bus, and is only a 10 minute bus ride from the office.

DRIVING: As for parking, both unrestricted (the south side of E Miller St from Broadway to Federal Ave E, as well as along the east side of Broadway) and time-limited (along the east side of 10th Avenue E) spots are usually available in front of or near my office. Please refer to this neighborhood parking map, but please be aware that ‘occasion’ signage can change from day to day, based on factors such as construction zones, etc.

LOCATION DETAILS: The grey-green building in which my office is located is on the northwest corner of 10th Ave E & E Miller St, and you might miss it. There is a row of five mailboxes affixed to the building, and next to the mailboxes there’s a gate. You’ll see “2401 1/2” next to this entrance (look up, to the right of the mailboxes!), so you’ll know you’re in the right place. It’s a bit like going into another world, except what you’ll find instead are two short flights of steps! If you go beyond the mailboxes and find yourself at either the Stylist & I Salon or the wonderful Roanoke Watch Repair shop, then you’ve walked too far–unless, of course, you need your coif refreshed or your timepiece is on the fritz. (Bill at the watch repair shop is great. Stop in and say ‘hello’.)
